关于CFA &CCF的小介绍：
爱猫者协会CFA (The Cat Fanciers’Association，INC)是世界上最大的爱猫组织，它创立于本世纪初，从1906年开始举办猫展。它的规章，条款，可说是十分严谨且繁复．但是，却更让爱猫人趋之若鹜！使得CFA渐入佳境，成为世界上最大的纯血统猫组织．文件发行量最大，所举办的猫展最能吸引爱猫人士参与，且最具公信力。
CFA不仅只着重于纯血统猫的管理、健康照顾、办猫展，还有一个──猫科动物疾病研究之基金会。用来支持研究猫科动物疾病之疫苗或治疗等，可造福全世界的猫科动物。
CFA并不接受个人会员，只有由10个人以上，所组成的俱乐部为单位，向CFA提出入会申请．根据此模式，CFA在世界100多个地区，都有加盟俱乐部，总数已超过650个．俱乐部有举办符合CFA规章的活动资格。在美国本土各地，每个周末，都有CFA加盟俱乐部，举办各式各样的猫展，吸引附近地区的爱猫人士，前往参观。据说目前国我们内也有人申请了CFA俱乐部，但似乎发挥的作用并不明显。
中国爱猫者协会CCF(China Cat fanciers)，作为CFA中国分会同样是一个非营利性组织，2002年6月17日正式成立，分属于CFA国际分区（International Division）。
