Haiti's prime minister says the ten Americans who allegedly tried to take children out of his country may be tried in the U.S., because Haiti's judicial system was devastated by the January earthquake. The group insists they were only trying to rescue young quake victims, but admits they didn't get the proper Haitian documents for the kids.
Nearly a year since 50 people died in the crash of a regional airliner in western New York, the National Transportation Safety Board will make its safety recommendations. The crash revealed a safety gap between major airlines and regional carriers who increasingly handle short-haul flights.
