08年11月BEC高级口语：
第一部分，问我的专业和career plan，好像出来很多人都被问到这个；
第二部分，我选的是怎样ensure travel industry的customer satisfaction；partner选的是关于heavy workload下的time management；
第三部分，订购量增加导致的extra working hours，第一题问有什么disadvantages，第二题问有什么其它方法应对increased orders；
接下来的follow-up questions，考官各问了三个问题，答得很纠结，不知所云。

口语第三部分我抽到的题目一模一样的在简新亚编的那本口语应试指南上看到过滴．可惜没怎么仔细看啊！当时讲的很郁闷，跟搭档也没配合好，讲没几句就停下来了，人生啊！
