Mr. Rothwell has degrees in English (BS, Master, Doctor) and an MBA in HR. He did his MBA with the focus on HR while working and starting a family. He also believes that multiple degrees in related fields can help you get better pay.
Western Culture's view on the importance of HR in the workplace
Mr. Rothwell summarized that downsizing of talent has caused a problem when company may not be able to have enough internal talents to replace retiring workforce. And, when they do fire somebody, using a person with less experience can be more costly.
