乐队自我介绍：
十几年前，在美国的一个普通的城市（内布拉斯加州的奥马哈市）里，我们成立了一个小型的乐队。1994年，joel，clark和我todd以及conor（oberst）仅仅过搞一些小型的演出，随着经验的积累，我们决定正式成立一个正式的乐队。几天以后，conor告之我们有幸在两周内在kilgore咖啡馆演出。当然那个时候我们还从来没有机会一起演奏过，不过就在要演出前我们还是准备好了9首演奏曲目。伴随着这9首歌的成功，我们在不同的地方演奏，包括咖啡馆、地下室、朋客俱乐部还有酒吧等等，我们想在这过程中定位我们的乐队到底属于什么性质。我们喜欢当地的slowdown virginia等几个比较有名的乐队，但是我们还是希望我们能做出自己的风格。经过很长时间的斟酌，我们最后将乐队的风格定位在独立制作、轻摇滚以及电子舞曲上。我们也相信一些有趣的事情即将发生。几年后，conor退出了我们乐队，后来又有了新成员的加入......
