1、第一题：写一篇40-50字的电子邮件、备忘录、便条等。
应试技巧：
仔细阅读要求，确定所要写的是电子邮件、备忘录、还是便条，注意格式。不要完全照抄题目要求的任务提示，尽量变化一下，如果实在不知道如何变化，至少要把要求补充为完整的句子。字数一定要控制在40-50以内，多字或少字都会扣分。注意单词和语法的准确性，宁可用正确的简单句，也不用错误的复杂句。
2、第二题：写一篇120-140字的商务信函、报告或建议书。
应试技巧：
仔细阅读要求，先确定需要写几段，每段的目的是什么，注意每段表达一个话题。考虑各段的主要用词。注意格式。称呼要恰当，要和信后的客套结束语在文体上匹配，结尾要写结束语。确定所有要点都包括在内。字数一定要控制在120-140以内，多字或少字都会扣分。
