It is my great pleasure to extend this invitation to you and your students to attend The University of Queensland (UQ) Information Day in Shanghai and Guangzhou.
UQ situated in Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, is ranked among the top 100 universities in the world* and is also a founding member of the Australia National Group of Eight (Go8 – Australia’s leading research universities). With 47,000 students, 350 programs across six faculties and eight world-class research institutes, UQ has won more teaching awards than any other Australian university.
The UQ Information Day in China provides an opportunity for you to meet these award-winning Professors and attend lectures in Medicine, Business Tourism, Journalism, Veterinary Science and other subjects on the day. It also provides students, parents, school counsellors and those within the education industry in China comprehensive information on living and studying in Australia.
I encourage you to attend and learn more about application procedures, entry requirements and living in Australia from UQ staff and Alumni and as well as to experience the UQ lectures by award winning Professors.
The UQ Information Day on Wednesday 21st May in Shanghai and Saturday 24th May in Guangzhou is an opportunity not to be missed.
