Talk about the violent cases as a result of hot temper.

I don't deny that mood and temper are related to the surroundings. As to the on-going high temperture, we should learn to calm down and control our temper than usually do especially avoid violent cases.
Recently, the number of violent cases caused by hot temper is increasingly becoming larger and larger. For instance, the two-year-old girl was thrown on the ground by a driver just because her mother hindered him from parking his car. As a result, the innocent girl died in front of her mother and she was even too late to enjoy her wonderful life. At this rate, what would our society be like in the future?
From my perspective, the ability of keeping calm no matter what happened may show one's self-cultivation. Those who can hold the temper may achieve success. Perhaps the hot weather may make people anxious and upset, we should try to find a way to keep our temper cool. As proverb puts it, look before you leap. If everyone can think more before doing something when losing temper, there may not be so many innocent victims in the world.
范例2：
There is an optimal temperature range where the human body performs at its best, whether that is physically or emotionally. When the surrounding temperature is outside this optimal range, the body has to take measures to maintain its core within this range; it can be quite a bit of work for the body. Perhaps when the temperature rises, a person may become highly stressed, resulting in abnormal violent behaviour, but blaming it on the weather is not the solution. To strengthen one's emotional strength and stability, it would be a good idea to take up different forms of meditation or yoga.
