For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on the parents’ advice. You should discuss whether parents’ advice is important in children’s growth. You are required to explain the reasons and write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

For most of us, someone may think it is necessary to take our parents’ advice. Still others believe that our parents are out of date so that they can’t offer us with appropriate suggestions on things. But I agree with the former one that parents’ advice is of great importance to us.
Here are some reasons. On one hand, as our parents, they have more life experience than us. Therefore, they can really provide us with some useful advice on certain aspects of life. On the other hand, when we grow up, we may encounter different kinds of difficulties and unfamiliar situations that we can’t solve within our abilities. Then it comes to the point where our parents should give us some important suggestions. This can contribute to our growth and help us to learn some life skills that we will use in the future.
All in all, our parents’ advice from time to time can really help a lot for us.
