　　Each year，numerous university graduates stop at a fork on the road to put their four years’ knowledge and experience into application. Lying ahead are two possible paths in two directions, leading to an unknown future: one is to find a job somewhere and the other to start a business of your own. The question never fails to confuse the youngsters.

　　Ideas conflict on the choice because choice is to be for advantages and against disadvantages, but no one knows which move is the best for the rest of life journey. For one thing, to find a job means, as an employee, to be recruited by a company, with mature system and managerial structure helping an fresh staff quickly adapt to the working environment. For another thing, to start a business of your own indicates to run a business with your own hands, which provides a possibility to be more active, creative and productive.

　　As for me, without business family and background, it is advisable to find a job rather than to start a business of my own, because only in this way can I learn with the directors and colleagues, being familiar with working process and enriching social experience.
