Travel around 和 travel round 都可以表示旅行的意思，但是travel around更加普遍使用。Travel around意味着沿着某个区域或地点的周围移动，例如： They decided to travel around the world.（他们决定环游世界）。

而travel round通常用于英式英语中，意思是到许多不同的地方旅行。例如： They traveled round the UK last summer.（他们去年夏天环游了英国）。在美式英语中，这种说法不太常见，通常会使用travel around或者travel throughout来代替。

round可以用作形容词、副词、介词、动词、名词
He was declared the victor in the 11th round.    名词

She had small feet and hands and a flat, round face.  形容词
