助助看到知乎上一个博主讲的还挺清楚的，贴过来同学可以看下：
not to mention是不定式分句，做连接性状语，表示意义的增补“更不用说”。连接性状语是连接句子，分句，词组的。
名词词组: He has ten big houses in this country, not to mention his villa in France.（见牛津高阶双解）
具有名词性质的-ing分句：He has ten big houses in this country, not to mention having a villa in France.
形容词词组：we were cold ,wet and hungry, not to mention extremely tired.(见韦氏高阶).
从句：The quality of the photos taken by Peary were poor that could not be used for precise calculation, not to mention that these photos have become faded and worn to a large extent as the time pass by.
